On May 7, Kim Woo Bin uploaded a video from the “Men Noblesse” YouTube channel to his personal social media account. The video, titled “What Is Kim Woo Bin Promoting These Days?”, featured the actor answering various questions about his lifestyle and habits.
During the interview, Kim Woo Bin was asked about his personal wellness routine. He explained, “First, I wake up, brush my teeth, and drink warm water.”
He continued, “I take probiotics and make sure to eat at least three meals a day. If I eat a lot, then four meals.” He added, “I absolutely always eat breakfast. Before working, I always make sure to eat.”

The actor also revealed details about his current diet, saying, “These days I mostly follow a healthy meal plan, so I eat rice, cherry tomatoes, and chicken breast.”
In addition to his eating habits, Kim Woo Bin shared that he regularly exercises and visits the sauna. “I go to the sauna often because people say it’s good for your health,” he said.
Previously, Kim Woo Bin and Shin Min Ah reportedly tied the knot last December after dating for 10 years. Earlier this year, the couple also enjoyed a honeymoon trip to Spain before returning to their respective acting careers.
