This veteran female idol continuously receives the leading roles in KBS’s blockbuster dramas, who is she?

One of them is Hahm Eunjung, a member of the national girl group T-Ara. Known for her role as a veteran female idol, few people know that Eunjung is currently one of the most potential actresses for the biggest central television stations in Korea like KBS or MBC. The actress is often known for participating in family dramas with extremely high ratings.

Although not known by many international audiences, her dramas are quite familiar and famous to Korean audiences. For example, Twists Of Love, a KBS drama starring Eunjung has recorded extremely high ratings ranging from 13.9% to 16.2%. Before Twists Of Love, Eunjung also played a supporting role in Be My Dream Family. This drama also reaped admirable ratings, consistently receiving double digits ratings with the highest ever recorded at 18.4%. She even surpassed many veteran actors to receive the Best Supporting Actress award at the KBS Drama Awards 2021.

Eunjung was a member of the famous 2nd generation girl group T-Ara. She made her acting debut in 2012 in the high school musical drama Dream High. After that, Eunjung worked hard to transform her image by taking on roles in two historical dramas, namely Geunchogo and Queen Insoo. Up to now, she has starred in more than 23 different works.
