Soyeon from T-ARA is a trainee for the Girls’ Generation project. It was reported that she withdrew from Girls’ Generation just before its debut.
She also said that it was more than six months before the group’s debut. After leaving Girls’ Generation, she faced a series of difficulties, including the death of her parents, for a year and a half. The idol also said she regretted quitting as a trainee for Girls’ Generation.
When asked, “Why didn’t you debut as a member of Girls’ Generation?” Soyeon said, “To be honest, I had a weak will. I thought it was an opportunity that would come easily because I was young. I prepared for T-ARA with a new strong mind.”
Later, when she saw an article on Mnet Media saying that they were looking for a member for a five-member girl group, she applied and became a part of T-ARA in 2009.
Currently, Soyeon is continuing her solo career after withdrawing from T-ARA. If she debuted in Girls’ Generation, how would Soyeon‘s life change?
Meanwhile, the idol is about to get married in November after a three-year relationship with soccer player Cho Yoo-min, who is nine years younger than her. Congratulations on your wedding and wish you all the best, Soyeon!
