Actor Lee Seunggi and actress Lee Seyoung will present a romance that goes beyond sweetness in their new K-drama
KBS2’s new Monday-Tuesday drama “The Law Cafe”, which is written by Yoo Eui Jung and directed by Lee Eun Jin, has released two main posters with contrasting atmospheres.
First, there’s the comic version, where Lee Seunggi and Lee Seyoung wear couple sweatshirts. Although they are polar opposites, the couple show off a unique and pleasant chemistry, marking the beginning of their extraordinary contract.
Meanwhile, the other version shows a sweet and exciting mood, with Lee Seunggi dressed in a neat suit. Lee Seyoung, who wears a pastel-toned dress with floral prints, also boasts stunning visuals.
“The Law Cafe” is a romance-comedy K-drama, which is based on a web novel of the same name. It follows the chaotic relationship between Kim Jeongho (Lee Seunggi) – a former prosecutor who’s known as a “monster genius”, and Kim Yuri – a beautiful lawyer with a 4D personality.
Talking about their casting choice, the production team praised: “Lee Seunggi and Lee Seyoung transformed completely into Kim Jeongho and Kim Yuri, perfectly capturing everything, from the comedic flairs that make everyone laugh to heart-fluttering excitement.
“I hope you will enjoy the infinite charm of “The Law Cafe”, which shows a law romance never seen anywhere else”, they concluded.
“The Law Cafe” will premiere on September 5th, at 9:50 PM (KST).
