The last episode of Hong Sisters’ “Alchemy of Souls,” will the romance between Lee Jae-wook and Jung So-min have a happy ending?
The drama “Alchemy of Souls,” starring actors Lee Jae-wook and Jung So-min, is reaching its final episode.
At 9:10 p.m. on August 28th, the final episode of tvN’s “Alchemy of Souls” part 1, which is loved by many viewers, will be broadcast.
In the previous episode, Jang Wook (played by Lee Jae-wook) broke the ice boundary despite the extreme situation in which he could lose all his energy to protect the sorcerers and Mu-deok (played by Jung So-min) who are trapped.
Instead of losing all the energy he had accumulated through the training, Jang Wook promised to spend his entire life with his beloved Mu-deok. In particular, at the end of that episode, Jang Wook proposed to the tomb, “Marry me.”

The “Alchemy of Souls,” which started at a 5.2% viewer rating, has recorded a 9.3% in the 18th episode, and 7.9% in the 19th episode, the latest episode. The ratings of the final episode of “Alchemy of Souls” are also expected to be high.
Meanwhile, “Alchemy of Souls” part 2 is scheduled to air in December. Star News also reported that Ko Yoon-jung would appear as the main character instead of Jung So-min in Part 2 to continue the story.
