According to Nielsen Korea on Nov 23, the Nov 22 episode of KBS 2TV’s Monday-Tuesday drama “The King’s Affection” recorded a nationwide rating of 10.0%.

This is higher than the previous highest rating of 8.8% recorded by episode 12 on Nov 16, and it is also the first time “The King’s Affection” entered the 10% range.

The King’s Affection” is receiving a lot of love with its first broadcast starting at 6.2% then rising up to 10% after entering the 7% range. On this day’s broadcast, Lee Hwi (Park Eun-bin) grieved over the death of Hye-jong (Lee Pil-mo) as well as ascended the throne for Jung Ji-woon (Ro Woon) and everyone.

Meanwhile, KBS 1TV’s “Gayo Stage“, MBC’s “Game of Blood” and SBS’s “Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny” – three programs which aired on terrestrial channels at the same time as “The King’s Affection” – recorded 7.3%, 0.9% and 5.9% respectively.

JTBC’s Monday-Tuesday drama “IDOL: The Coup” recorded 0.504% based on paid broadcasting households nationwide, showing its own lowest rating.
