The drama that beat Gong Yoo’s “The Silent Sea” and FreeZia’s “Single’s Inferno” to rank No.1 on Netflix Korea TOP 10

SBS drama “Our Beloved Summer” topped the Netflix Kora TOP 10 rankings.

According to Netflix’s ‘Today’s TOP 10 Show in Korea” released on January 8th, “Our Beloved Summer” ranked 1st place, followed by No.2 “Single’s Inferno” and No.3 “The Silent Sea”. From No.4 to No.10 in this order were “Bulgasal”, “Don’t Look Up”, “The Fishermen and the City”, “I Am SOLO”, “Goblin”, “The Hungry and the Hairy” and “Itaewon Class”.

“Out Beloved Summer” tells the romance of youth that unfolds when ex-lovers are forcibly summoned by the sudden popularity of an old documentary they filmed when in high school. Kim Da-mi and Choi Woo-sik, who used to work together in the 2018 film “The Witch”, play the main characters in this drama. Choi Woo-sik takes on the role of Choi Woong, a free-spirited building illustrator.

Choi Woong, who was once used to hiding himself and having no proper dream, faces his feelings after encountering the No.1 student in school Kook Yeon-soo, who meets him every day with a fierce look.
