TV director Lee Jae Kyoo spotted her in the musical “Bandits” and cast her as a flutist in his television series “Beethoven Virus.” Despite her lack of proper acting training, Jyu Ni did so well that she was contacted by other producers and was given a role in “IRIS,” “Love 911,” and many more.

After “Descendants of the Sun,” Jyu Ni only appeared in 4 works in 7 years. Her latest appearance was in “It’s Beautiful Now” that aired last year. She is spending more time on her music career.
