According to netizens who joined the survey, a star’s growing popularity usually equals mounting rumors of their personal lives.
Recently, DC Insider released an article about a survey conducted over a pool of 73 thousand participants that lasted from April 24th to 30th. The survey asked which Korean star who got into the most dating rumors. The results are as anticipated. Son Heung Min dominated the chart with 13% vote cast.
The football player is usually the target of groundless dating rumors. Some past examples were relationship rumors with actress Kim Go Eun, BLACKPINK member Jisoo, or actress Yo SO Young.
At second place is Song Hye Kyo. According to netizens, Song Hye Kyo frequently got caught in groundless rumors of dating with her co-stars in filming projects, which has had some serious tolls on the actress’ personal life.
BLACKPINK Jennie came in third place. The female idol went public about her relationship with EXO Kai before but broke up after 1 month. Previously, the idol was embroiled in dating rumors with BIGBANG G-Dragon but never gave her stance on the matter. More recently, Jennie was rumored to be dating BTS V but also did not release any statement on the issue.
