SM is on a roll with “concert relay”, from aespa and Red Velvet to Onew and BoA
Recently, artists under SM Entertainment are working hard by holding one concert after another.
The past few days have been filled with news of SM artists holding concerts.
First of all is aespa, who recently finished their first solo concert, “SYNK: Hyper Line”, which was held at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul on February 25th and 26th. Since their debut in 2020, aespa has released hit songs such as “Black Mamba” and “Next Level”.
In the two-day performance, aespa impressed fans by delivering stages of their hits, as well as of 11 new songs and solo performances. The girl group also successfully attracted about 10,000 spectators, and will soon make a comeback with their first full-length album.
aespa, which drew attention for their mysterious and unrivaled worldview, has also amplified expectations for an upcoming comeback by revealing a deeper musical color and upgraded capabilities.
Before aespa’s heat cools down, SHINee member Onew emerged. Starting from March 3rd, he will hold his first solo concert for 3 days.
It is known that Onew was initially scheduled for two performances, but an additional show was added thanks to the support of fans. In this concert, Onew plans to perform for the first time the 7 songs from his first full-length album, which will be released on the 6th of this month, as well as tracks from his mini-album.
Next is singer BoA, the symbol of SM, who will hold a concert to commemorate the 23th anniversary of her debut. The concert is expected to be a time to look back on BoA’s unique music history.
The concert, where fans can recall memories and indulge themselves in nostalgia, will be held at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Seoul on the 11th and 12th of March.
Finally, Red Velvet, who is holding a concert after about 3 years and 5 months, is also on standby. On April 1st and 2nd, they will meet fans at KSPO DOME, Olympic Park, Seoul, with their 4th solo concert. The excitement and anticipation of the fans who have been waiting for a long time since November 2019 are higher than ever.
