Kpop boy group SEVENTEEN was announced as the winner of “PUSH Performance of the Year” at the 2022 MTV VMA.
On the morning of August 29th (Korean time), SEVENTEEN received the trophy for the “PUSH Performance of the Year” category at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards (hereinafter referred to as ‘2022 MTV VMA’), which was held at the Prudential Center in New Jersey, USA.
In particular, the group won “PUSH Performance Of The Year” for their song “Rock With You” – the title of their 9th mini album “Attaca”.
SEVENTEEN was unable to attend the awards ceremony in person, so they expressed their feelings through a video.
In addition to this category, Seventeen was also nominated in the Best K-Pop and Best New Artist categories.
Meanwhile, at the “2022 MTV Video Music Awards”, BTS and BLACKPINK were nominated in 6 and 3 categories, respectively.
Lisa was recently announced as the winner for “Best Kpop” while BLACKPINK won “Best Metaverse Performance”
