Girls’ Generation performed on the stage of the concert “SMTOWN LIVE 2022 : SMCU EXPRESS @HUMAN CITY_SUWON” held at Suwon World Cup Stadium on August 20th.

From the middle of the stage of the 7th full album’s title track “FOREVER 1”, Hyoyeon continued to dance in tears. Even in the ending pose after the stage, all the members were smiling but Hyoyeon was crying alone. Among the members, the youngest Seohyun ran to Hyoyeon first, wiped away her tears, hugged her and soothed her.

On JTBC’s entertainment program “Soshi Tamtam“, which aired recently, Hyoyeon conveyed her true feelings to her roommate Seohyun, “Since you’re the youngest, you must have had a hard time. I’m sorry and I hope you’ll work harder in the future. Thank you for growing up so pretty and upright over the past 31 years.”

Seohyun expressed her gratitude towards Hyoyeon, “Of course there have been many difficulties as the youngest, but I was able to overcome them because I have an older sister who said ‘You can do that’, ‘You’re amazing’ and ‘I want to be like you.’ I love you.”
