Actress Park Eun Bin is expected to create another character of a lifetime.
On Feb 9th, Kakao Entertainment announced, “Park Eun Bin confirmed her appearance in the drama ‘Diva of the Deserted Island’.” Global fans are once again paying attention to the news of the next work of Park Eun Bin, who caused “Park Eun Bin syndrome” both domestically and globally last year.
“Diva of the Deserted Island” (written by Park Hye Ryun, directed by Oh Choong Hwan) centers around “Mok Ha”, who is rescued on a deserted island after going missing 15 years ago. Baram Pictures, which has a solid lineup such as “Race” “Song of the Bandits”, “The Worst of Evil” and “Strangers” this year with excellent planning skills, will co-produce “Diva of the Deserted Island” with Kakao Entertainment.
“Diva of the Deserted Island” is directed by Oh Choong Hwan, who showed unique and sensuous directing skills through “Big Mouth” and “Hotel Del Luna”, and written by Park Hye Ryun, who drew emotional and heartwarming stories such as “Pinocchio”. In particular, it is the third work in which director Oh Choong Hwan and writer Park Hye Ryun work together after “While You Were Sleeping” and “Start-Up”. With Park Eun Bin’s joining, “Diva of the Deserted Island” is expected to create explosive synergy.
Seo Mok Ha (played by Park Eun Bin) is a girl who has always dreamt of becoming a singer. During middle school, Mok Ha goes missing and ends up on a deserted island, where she manages to survive alone for 15 years. For Mok Ha, being rescued from her solitary life is one thing, adjusting to modern society is another. Park Eun Bin is expected to show her strong presence with her irreplaceable acting skills and ever-changing charm through the unique character Mok Ha.

“Diva of the Deserted Island”, in which Park Eun Bin confirmed to appear, will begin filming in the first half of 2023 as soon as the casting is completed.
