“Extraordinary Attorney” Park Eun Bin: An actor who is afraid to watch movies and her impressive disguise as a man
There are many interesting facts to learn about Park Eun Bin, the actress who plays the female lead in the hit “Extraordinary Attorney Woo Young Woo”.
For any actor, watching movies is also a great way to learn more about acting and improve their skills. However, with Park Eun Bin alone, she once revealed that she was a person who was afraid of watching movies/dramas. In December last year, the 29-year-old actress shared in an interview with Esquire that she always feels anxious every time she watches movies or dramas, even those that are not hers. Therefore, Park Eun Bin almost never watches any movies in her free time:
“I watched “The King’s Affection” and it was a really fun drama to watch. However, the reality is that usually, I tend to get nervous every time I look back at my acting. I’m always thinking a lot about it. I wonder if people like my work or not.”
I can’t even see the works of other colleagues. For some reason, this also made me feel nervous. Therefore, I almost never watch movies or dramas in my free time.”
After the great success with “The King’s Affection” last year, as a matter of course, Park Eun Bin was under even more pressure when participating in “Extraordinary Attorney Woo“. However, instead of worrying about the drama’s rating, what made her think the most was that she might cause the autism people out there or their loved ones to get hurt unknowingly.
To be well prepared for this role, Park Eun Bin had to consult with Kim Byung Gun, a Professor in the Department of Early Childhood Special Education at Nazarene University, Korea. Recounting the process of working with Park Eun Bin, he revealed that she once asked if she had accidentally touched someone’s pain because of her clumsy acting. The professor also affirmed that the fear which Park Eun Bin always carries is proof that she is very careful with the role and understands the impact it can have on society.
