One team dropped out of “Peak Time” after the revelation of a member partying with Japanese AV actresses in the past

Amid the controversy over “Peak Time” contestant Karam’s private life, Team 23:00 members eventually left the show.

On April 7th, “Peak Time” production team stated, “After careful discussion, we decided that Team 23:00 will no longer participate in the program, starting from the 2nd ranking announcement.”

Earlier on the 30th of last month, Karam, a member of Team 23:00 in “Peak Time”, was embroiled in a controversy over his private life. A netizen claimed to be a fan of Karam in the past and posted past photos of Karam enjoying a party with AV actresses.

After this accusation, “Peak Time” continued to upload videos of Karam and Team 23:00 on their official SNS channel without giving any official position on the issue. However, the production team suddenly stopped posting content of Team 23:00 from April 4th.

In the end, Team 23:00 and Karam did not appear on “Peak Time” broadcast on the 5th, and their overall rank before the second voting was also not disclosed. On April 7th, the news of the whole team’s withdrawal was announced.

“Peak Time” is the first survival program in history to be held with the format of a team match. 23 teams who have already debuted and had performing experiences gathered and competed on the show.
