Meanwhile, Min Hee-jin and HYBE have been in conflict since April. HYBE filed a complaint against CEO Min with the Seoul Yongsan Police Station in April, accusing her of breach of duty. They claimed that CEO Min had planned to usurp ADOR’s management rights and alleged that she had committed breach of duty in relation to the company. CEO Min denied the accusations, stating that it was impossible for her to usurp management rights due to the share structure and that she had not committed any breach of duty.

Subsequently, HYBE attempted to remove CEO Min from her position through an extraordinary general meeting, but their plan was thwarted when the court accepted CEO Min’s injunction request regarding voting rights against HYBE.
