“Lovely Runner” Cinematographer Suspected Byun Woo-seok & Kim Hye-yoon of Dating?

tvN’s “Lovely Runner” cinematographers Shin Ki-chang and Yoon Dae-young recently share various stories related to the drama.

In particular, when asked, “What kind of actors are Byun Woo-seok and Kim Hye-yoon on set?” Director Yoon Dae-young replied, “Byun Woo-seok is an actor filled with determination.”

Director Yoon explained, “There were many stories online about how he prepared with great effort and faced difficulties for about nine years, and then finally got the lead role. He often called the writer to discuss various things.”

Meanwhile, Director Shin Ki-chang praised Kim Hye-yoon, saying, “In terms of acting experience, Hye-yoon has much more. It was nice to see her constantly trying to accommodate Woo-seok.”

Regarding the chemistry of Byun Woo-seok and Kim Hye-yoon, Director Shin mentioned that the two were so good at acting together to the point it is easy to suspect them of dating.

“The two had such good chemistry. Their emotional chemistry seen in the footage wasn’t fabricated; they genuinely got along well. It was to the extent that one might wonder, ‘Do they really have something going on between them?'”, he said.

Director Yoon added, “When you look at them, their eyes are filled with care and love for each other. While filming, I sometimes got choked up, feeling a sense of first love and pure affection. They reminded me of the innocent love of the past.”
