Lee Chan Won announces temporary activity suspension due to accident, “Follow-up song promotion postponed”
Singer Lee Chan Won has temporarily suspended his activities due to an accident.
On August 9th, Chorokbaem E&M made a post titled, “Notice on artist Lee Chan Won’s activities”, on the official fancafe of Lee Chan Won.
The agency said, “On the morning of August 8th, artist Lee Chan Won had a minor accident so he visited the hospital. Although the situation does not require serious treatment, it is still difficult for the artist to immediately carry out the schedules. Therefore, we decided to temporarily suspend all activities for the artist to focus on recovery.”
Accordingly, Lee Chan Won will take a break and won’t participate in any activities for the time being in order to recover and manage his condition. Chorokbaem E&M added, “I would like to inform you that the artist will not be able to carry out the follow-up song promotion scheduled for this week and next week. We ask for the understanding of people who have been looking forward to the artist’s follow-up song activities.”
Lee Chan Won was originally scheduled to promote the follow-up song “Twist Go Go” starting in early August. However, all the promotional activities for the song have also been postponed due to the accident.
