LE SSERAFIM Sakura was bewildered by the appearance of Simon Dominic’s song.
On tvN’s entertainment program “Amazing Saturday”, which aired on Oct 22nd, LE SSERAFIM Sakura, Kim Chae-won and Huh Yun-jin appeared as guests.
On this day, Boom introduced, “Sakura grew her dream of becoming a singer by watching Girls’ Generation when she was in elementary school.”
Sakura expressed her affection towards Girls’ Generation, “Girls’ Generation is almost a national singer in Japan, too. When a new song comes out, it’s definitely in the top 10. When I was in elementary school, I often went to karaoke and sang along to Girls’ Generation’s songs with my friends.”
Meanwhile, when singer Simon Dominic was mentioned, Boom asked Sakura, “Do you know anything about Simon Dominic?” Yun-jin replied, “(Sakura) is from abroad.”
Sakura added, “I’m from Japan.” Hearing this, Shin Dong-yup made everyone burst into laughter by saying, “Didn’t you say ‘I like Girls’ Generation. I went to karaoke and sang along to their songs during elementary school days’? But you said you came from abroad just because you don’t know Simon Dominic.”
