Kpop girl group LE SSERAFIM recently broke a new record with their debut song “FEARLESS”
According to the latest chart announced by American music media Billboard, as of July 26th, LE SSERAFIM’s debut song “FEARLESS” ranked 132nd on “Billboard Global 200 (excluding the US)”, marking their 12th consecutive week.
With such an achievement, “FEARLESS”, which was released on May 2nd, has stayed on the Top 200 ever since it entered the Billboard chart 8 days after release, breaking the record for the longest-running song on Billboard among Kpop girl groups that debuted in 2022.
When they first debuted on May 2nd, LE SSERAFIM was a 6-member girl group, consisting of Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, Kim Garam, and Hong Eunchae. However, after a series of school violence controversies, Kim Garam had to halt her activities soon after debut, before eventually leaving the group 2 months after.
Now reorganized into a 5 member group, LE SSERAFIM communicated with fans through a special online event called “The First Moment of LE SSERAFIM” on July 26th, and has been releasing various contents and pictorials on fashion magazines.
The future of LE SSERAFIM, which has been on a roll after Kim Garam’s departure, is high-anticipated.
