Kim Tae Ri’s ‘devil’ acting in “Revenant” new episode gains explosive responses from viewers

Actress Kim Tae Ri once again gave viewers goosebumps with her acting of being possessed by the devil in “Revenant”.

The new episode of SBS’s “Revenant”, which aired on July 22nd, showed San Young (Kim Tae Ri) and Hae Sang (Oh Jung Se) trying to find the remaining two items among the five items related to the devil after discovering that the devil’s name was not Lee Mok Dan.

The two of them found the fourth item at the abandoned building where victims surrounding Kang Mo (Jin Sun Kyu) were hung.

However, the moment San Young touched the item, she showed strange behaviors as if she had gone mad. She suddenly stopped moving, scratched her neck, screamed, and then ran to the kitchen to find water. Since there was no water available, she rushed out of the building, saying “I’m thirsty to die”. She went to a nearby convenience store, broke the refrigerator, and drank a whole bottle of water in one go.

It turned out that the devil that possessed San Young died after drinking water for seven days.

Kim Tae Ri’s portrayal of San Young when being possessed by the devil thrilled viewers in every episode. Through this episode, she once again gave viewers goosebumps. 

Viewers poured enthusiastic reactions, saying “It was chilling to watch the scene where she searches for water after getting possessed”, “When she found the item and suddenly stopped before running madly, I also screamed”, etc. Some even commented, “Kim Tae Ri would definitely win SBS’s Drama Awards this year”.

Meanwhile, the Korean occult mystery “Revenant”, which tells about a woman who is possessed by a devil and a man who can see the devil digging into mysterious deaths, has only two episodes left before it ends. The drama airs every Friday and Saturday at 10 p.m.
