Kim Hye Soo makes netizens laugh by revealing how she rests on the set of  “The Queen’s Umbrella”

Kim Hye Soo shows off her bubbly charm on the set of “The Queen’s Umbrella”.

On September 24th, Kim Hye Soo shared photos and a video taken at the filming site of the new historical drama “The Queen’s Umbrella” through her personal Instagram.

In the video, Kim Hye Soo is lying in an upright position behind the busy staff. She appears to be resting for a while in between filming. 

Kim Hye Soo was seemingly taking a nap in her Hanbok. She caught the attention by lying with a straight neck even though she didn’t have a pillow. She used her round low hair bun as a pillow. 

Kim Hye Soo said, “I’m not sleeping. I’m resting for a while because I have a sore throat. I don’t need a neck pillow. The king has to bear the weight of the crown, and the queen has to bear the weight of her hair.”

To Kim Hye Soo’s bubbly charm, netizens left comments, “You’re so cute”, “You lie down technically well”, “It looks like it’s heavy, but it seems fun”, and “I’m looking forward to the drama”.

In another post, Kim Hye Soo shares a moment when she took off her shoes and sat down comfortably while taking a break from filming. She even added a cute glass emoticon to her face, revealing her mischievous side and making netizens laugh.

Meanwhile, set in the Joseon era, the upcoming historical drama “The Queen’s Umbrella” led by Kim Hye Soo depicts the turbulent conflict in a royal family where the queen has to throws away dignity for the sake of her children and jumps into the fierce royal education war for the troublemaker princes.

Kim Hye Soo takes on the role of queen Hwa Ryung, a mother of five princes. “The Queen’s Umbrella” will premiere on October 15th.
