Actress Kim Hee Ae revealed the ID picture that helped her debut as a model.

Actress Kim Hee Ae appeared as a guest in episode 189 of tvN’s entertainment show “You Quiz on the Block” (hereinafter referred to as “You Quiz”), which aired on April 12th.

When asked how she debuted, Kim Hee Ae recalled, “It was 1982 when I was in the first year of high school. The dance teacher had a soft spot for me. That teacher’s younger brother was working for an advertising company, and he asked her to recommend someone for him. The school ordered a few people, including me, to go to the studio. They said they would take ID pictures for us. After that, they contacted me during the summer vacation. They said I was chosen for a casual clothes commercial. I made a lot of money.”

She explained how she made her movie debut, “I always went to Chungmuro every weekend, then I got picked up on the street. I ended up filming a movie. It happened like this.”

When asked what it would have been like if she had not become an actress, Kim Hee Ae said, “I would have made money. I couldn’t study. I’ve been working since high school.” However, when asked if she studied well in middle school, she caused laughter by honestly replying, “I don’t think I studied well in middle school, either.”

Regarding the subject she disliked, instead of answering, Kim Hee Ae shared, “I daydreamed a lot and thought about other things a lot.”
