“Running Man” beat “Hangout With Yoo” and “Knowing Bros” to top the entertainment brand reputation in December

‘Running Man’ is proving that it is a trending entertainment, keeping the throne of the weekend show.

The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute analyzed brand big data of 50 entertainment programs loved by the people from November 4th to the 4th of this month. Accordingly, SBS’s “Running Man” ranked first, MBC’s “Hangout With Yoo” ranked second, JTBC’s “Knowing Bros” ranked third.

The ‘Running Man’ brand, which ranked first, was analyzed as a brand reputation index of 5,583,697 with participation index of 761,625, media index of 1,137,569, communication index of 1,257,152, community index of 1,821,868, viewing index of 605,483. Compared to November’s brand reputation index of 5,257,822, it rose by 6.20%.

Recently, “Running Man” was criticized by some viewers, who thought that Kim Jong-kook and Yoo Jae-seok had teased Ji Seok-jin excessively.

Afterwards, in a recent broadcast, Kim Jong-guk, who had shouted at Ji Seok-jin, transformed into a ‘mild taste’ and gave warm praise, which softened the dissatisfaction of viewers.

Following ‘Running Man’, the ‘Hangout With Yoo’ brand was analyzed as a brand reputation index of 4,462,590 with the participation index of 375,136, media index of 532,535, communication index of 435,627, community index of 2,501,452, viewership index of 617,840. Compared to November’s brand reputation index of 3,369,941, it rose by 32.42%.

‘Knowing Brother’ in 3rd place was analyzed as a brand reputation index of 4,436,583 with the participation index of 282,709, media index of 485,704, communication index of 1,154,397, community index of 2,155,425, viewership index of 358,347. Compared to November’s brand reputation index of 3,927,810, it rose by 12.95%.
