kang mina 10kg weight loss

On May 14, a new video titled “Kang Mina Finally Returns” was uploaded to the YouTube channel Life84. During the episode, webtoon artist and entertainer Kian84 expressed shock after seeing Kang Mina again for the first time in a while, saying, “You lost even more weight. You keep getting slimmer.”

Kang Mina then revealed, “I lost a lot of weight. Compared to the last time you saw me, I probably lost around 10kg.” Seeing how much slimmer she looked compared to a year ago, Kian84 commented, “Now you really have that actress aura.”

Surprisingly, Kang Mina’s diet method was extremely simple. When asked how she lost the weight, she explained, “I didn’t exercise. I just ate sandwiches twice a day.”

Kian84 responded by saying that sandwiches did not exactly sound like diet food, leading Kang Mina to reveal her unusual eating routine.

She shared, “I ordered one sandwich, cut it in half, ate one half for lunch, and the other half for dinner. In the end, I just endured being hungry.”

Even while maintaining such a strict diet, Kang Mina admitted she occasionally had cheat meals whenever things became too difficult. She said, “If I really couldn’t hold back, I ordered kimchi jjim (Braised Kimchi) or Yup Tteok (Sassy spicy tteokbokki) for a cheat day.”

Kang Mina also shared an update on her current condition, revealing that she recently gained back around 3kg. She explained, “I gained a little weight again, about 3kg. Since I’m currently in a promotion period, I’m just trying not to get too bloated.”

When Kang Mina shyly added, “This is off the record,” Kian84 warmly reassured her by saying, “You were cute even when you were chubbier.”

Meanwhile, Kang Mina has continued building her acting career through various projects. In the Netflix series “If Wishes Could Kill,” she portrays a high school student struggling after becoming cursed by an app that grants wishes while predicting death. She is also set to continue her acting activities through the upcoming tvN drama “See You at Work Tomorrow!”, scheduled to premiere in June.
