Jungkook’s ‘Seven’ Ranked 3rd Among the Most Streamed Songs Worldwide This Summer

As wished for, Jungkook’s “Seven” lived up to its aspiration of being a “light summer song” that can be enjoyed casually.

According to Spotify, the world’s largest streaming platform, and Big Hit Music, Jungkook’s solo debut single “Seven” has been noted as the “3rd-most played song of the summer 2023.”

“Seventeen” by Jungkook reached 3rd place, with “Ella Baila Sola” by Eslabón Armado and “WHERE SHE GOES” by Bad Bunny taking the 1st and 2nd spots respectively.

What’s attention-grabbing is that while the songs at 1st and 2nd place were released in March and May, Jungkook’s “Seven” was unveiled on the 14th of last month, making it only 40 days since its release that it heated up the global summer.

Earlier on the 24th, Jungkook also became the first Asian artist to top the Spotify ‘Weekly Top Song Global’ chart for 6 consecutive weeks. In the ‘Daily Top Song Global,’ it has maintained its position at the top for over 40 days.

Furthermore, on the UK Official Singles Chart ‘Top 100,’ it successfully entered for the 6th consecutive week. According to the latest chart released on the 26th (Korean time), “Seven” dropped two spots from the previous week to 26th place, but it continues to enjoy steady popularity.
