As the last member of BLACKPINK to go solo, Jisoo did not disappoint.
Jisoo officially debuted as a solo artist through the release of the MV for the title track “FLOWER” on March 31st at 1 p.m. (KST). The catchy tunes, along with gorgeous visuals of the singer, captured the full attention of the viewers and listeners.
The M/V started by showcasing various angles of Jisoo in a variety of dresses and gowns. With different makeup and hairstyles, Jisoo transformed into different and unique images, ranging from innocent to classy and attractive.
The idol also prepared a variety of outfits and images for this comeback. If the 22-second long teaser showed her in 9 amazing outfits, the full MV flaunts even more stunning looks with intricate designs.
“FLOWER” is an addictive dance song with exquisite music in simple arrangement. Yet, the track was able to complement Jisoo’s voice and communicate a dreamy air through the combination of vocal and sound.
Through the M/V alone, it suffices to say “FLOWER” received proper investment from YG Entertainment, resulting in an impressive solo debut song.
