Jang Dong Gun and “Crash Landing On You” writer have reportedly been invited to Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin’s wedding

As reported on March 21st, Jang Dong Gun will deliver a congratulatory speech for Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin at their upcoming wedding, which is going to take place at the outdoor wedding hall of a hotel in Gwangjang-dong, Seoul at the end of this month.
Jang Dong Gun is Hyun Bin‘s longtime best friend. Seventeen years after they became close at an actor’s meeting in 2005, the two are still maintaining a strong friendship. Even with a 10-year age gap, they match well and share many hobbies, such as golf and baseball.
Jang Dong Gun also worked in the entertainment industry around the same time as Son Ye Jin and built a relationship with her. He was reportedly asked to give a congratulatory speech as he is close to both the groom and bride.
Screenwriter Park Ji Eun of “Crash Landing on You” has also been invited to the wedding. Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin were cast as an onscreen couple in the 2019 drama and started dating in real life later. Writer Park, who became Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin’s “matchmaker”, has remained close to them even after “Crash Landing On You” ended.
In addition, other friends and colleagues of Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin in the industry are also expected to attend their wedding. However, it is known that their wedding venue can only accommodate about 200 guests, so only family members and close friends were invited.
Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin officially went public with their romantic relationship on January 1, 2021. Earlier this year, they announced their marriage. The wedding preparations have been in full swing since last month after the filming of JTBC’s ‘Thirty, Nine‘ starring Son Ye Jin was completed.
