Actress Jang Da-ah, the older sister of IVE member Jang Won-young, has officially made history by winning a Best Actress award at the youngest age in her career — after appearing in just two dramas.
On September 8, Jang Da-ah updated fans through her social media with the caption: “Se-ra here to receive the youngest Best Actress award,” along with a series of photos from the set of ENA’s Monday–Tuesday drama My Troublesome Star.

In the drama, she plays Im Se-ra, the dazzling top star whose life takes a dramatic turn after suddenly waking up as an ordinary middle-aged woman. With her princess-like visuals and confident screen presence, Jang Da-ah has captivated audiences, showcasing both elegance and playful charm in behind-the-scenes photos.
Jang Da-ah first debuted in the TVING original Pyramid Game, impressing viewers with her strong screen presence. In My Troublesome Star, she portrays the younger version of Bong Cheong-ja (played by veteran actress Uhm Jung-hwa), seamlessly carrying the character’s star aura and emotional depth.
Her character is described as having _“a goddess-given face and god-given talent”_—a teenage CF model who rose to the top without setbacks until age 25. Jang Da-ah’s portrayal has drawn praise for being both striking and natural, affirming her as one of the most promising rookie actresses in the industry.
Fans commented on her transformation: “She’s more than a princess—she has the aura of a queen” and “She inherited visuals and talent in equal measure.”
With just two projects under her belt, Jang Da-ah has already cemented herself as a breakout star to watch, proving that her future in acting shines as brightly as her sister’s in K-pop.
