“The loss of so many young people enjoying the freedom to celebrate together again.” She added, “As we gather on our own groups, in our own ways on Halloween, hold them and their families near.”
As of 10:40 am on the 30th, 151 people were killed and 82 people were injured, resulting in a total of 233 casualties due to a large-scale crushing accident in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul on the 29th.
