In this episode, Ryujin met her fan Yeji. Ryujin surprised Yeji, who was shooting ITZY’s ‘CAKE’ dance challenge, by appearing in front of her and warmly greeted her, “Let’s have fun today.”
Ryujin said, “I was worried about how to approach her. I was nervous too.” Trying to ease Yeji’s tension, she added, “We have only a one-year age difference, but I’m already talking informally,” as she displayed an affectionate and sisterly side.
Listening to Yeji’s story about switching career paths from dancing since the age of 6, Ryujin said, “It must not have been easy.”
Responding to Yeji’s story about last year being tough for her, Ryujin advised, “I also have tough days in the repetitive daily life. During those times, I watched people who were really good. I always wanted to leave a spark like that, wanting to dance like them.”
Encouraging Yeji to cherish herself and wishing her success, Ryujin said, “Since you’re working hard, I hope you don’t get too pressured. Take care of yourself and appreciate your beauty.” She also supported Yeji’s dream.
The two wrote a bucket list together, expressing their determination to achieve their goals. Ryujin prepared a surprise gift – a scarf, and told Yeji, “Let’s definitely achieve everything we wrote.”
Finally, Ryujin shared, “I picked it out with the members,” presenting the surprise scarf gift for Yeji. They then took photos together, and Ryujin warmly hugged Yeji until the end.
