On July 7, INFINITE‘s agency released a statement through its official social media accounts, saying, “We regret to inform fans that L will be unable to participate in the 2026 INFINITE FANMEETING ‘INFINITE Rally V’ due to an unavoidable conflict with his individual schedule.”

The agency continued, “We sincerely apologize to fans who have been waiting for a full-group performance for such a long time. Both the company and the artists will do their utmost to prepare the best possible show for everyone.”

Last month, on June 9, INFINITE held a special live broadcast through their official channels to celebrate the group’s 16th debut anniversary. During the livestream, the members looked back on their journey together and delighted fans by announcing their upcoming full-group fan meeting, INFINITE Rally V.

The members encouraged fans to plan ahead for the event, saying they hoped everyone would create even more unforgettable memories together. They also teased that they were preparing the performance with plenty of energy and hinted that new music could be included.

During the anniversary broadcast, L also shared updates on his first Asian fan-con tour, UNCHANGED, as well as his Disney+ series Love in Sync, which premiered on July 4. As he continues to balance both his singing and acting careers, his packed schedule is believed to be the reason he will be absent from the fan meeting.

INFINITE’s INFINITE Rally V will begin with shows at Inspire Arena in Incheon on August 29 and 30, before continuing to Macau, Taipei, and Tokyo in September. The event marks the group’s first fan meeting tour in two years following INFINITE Rally IV, which was held in 2024.

Last year, INFINITE celebrated their 15th debut anniversary by releasing their eighth mini album, LIKE INFINITE, and embarking on a commemorative tour with fans.
