Having a hot scene right from the first episode of her comeback drama, will Seo Ye-ji repeat Song Hye-kyo’s mistake in “Now We Are Breaking Up”?

Like Song Hye-kyo in her recent drama “Now We Are Breaking Up”, Seo Ye-ji also performed a hot scene right in the first episode of her comeback drama “Eve”.

Episode 1 of “Eve” starring Seo Ye-ji as the female lead is currently attracting keen attention from netizens. It is because of the R-rated hot scene of Lee Ra-el (Seo Ye-ji) and her husband Jang Jin-wook (Lee Ha-yool) in a school.

However, many audiences are criticizing the production crew for the background of this scene. They said that the hot scene of this lovey-dovey couple, which is set in an event for children, is completely inappropriate. 

Besides, some viewers also pointed out that the hot scene of Seo Ye-ji in the first episode of “Eve” is quite similar to Song Hye-kyo’s in “Now We Are Breaking Up”. 

“Now We Are Breaking Up” made headlines as it began with the scene of Song Hye-kyo having a one-night stand. Heating up the atmosphere with a hot scene, the drama witnessed a sharp decrease in ratings in the following episodes until the end because of its boring story.

In fact, more and more Korean dramas these days are taking advantage of hot scenes to attract attention. Projects that raised high expectations before their official broadcasts but disappointed the viewers with their poor developments have also been seen a lot on the small screen. 

The above problems might be the reasons why Korean dramas can no longer attract the viewer’s interest. Many recent drama projects starring top stars, such as Song Hye-kyo, Kim Hye-sun, Kim Soo-hyun, etc., were released but gained disappointed rating performances. 

Seo Ye-ji’s “Eve” has just released 2 episodes so hopefully, this drama will have a breakthrough in the following episode and not face the same failure as Song Hye-kyo’s “Now We Are Breaking Up”.
