“Gold Digging”, Forcing Abortion and Insulting, More Accusations Related to RIIZE Seunghan Arise

Currently, SM Entertainment has not yet spoken about the serious allegations targeting members of RIIZE.

RIIZE is currently one of the hottest Kpop rookies, and this boy group is set to officially debut on September 4th under SM Entertainment. However, just before their debut, on the night of August 28th, member Seunghan was unexpectedly exposed in kissing-photos with his ex-girlfriend.

These images are believed to be of Seunghan taken with his girlfriend, named Mija. The scenes in several of the photos have been identified as being at a lodging in Incheon. The SM rookie has also been accused of sharing the cost of a 55,000-won room rental with his girlfriend. While netizens were still buzzing about this information, the accuser suddenly brought forth a series of allegations toward the male idol, such as being promiscuous, being a “gold digger,” forcing his girlfriend to have an abortion, displaying tendencies of violence, and insulting Park Ji Hoon (Wanna One)…

The accuser revealed that Seunghan has a tendency towards violence during the time of their relationship, as well as stealing belongings from roommates and smoking in the dormitory. In his relationship with his girlfriend, Seunghan caused her to have an abortion in 2021, but never inquired about her well-being afterwards.

The rookie male idol born in 2003 was also accused of “gold digging,” repeatedly asking for money and demanding his girlfriend to pay for expenses during their dating period. During their relationship, Seunghan was reported to have been “two-timing”. When the girlfriend tried to prevent Seunghan from finding someone new, she received threats that they would never meet again.

Seunghan’s girlfriend was said to have accompanied him on various RIIZE schedules, with plans to become his assistant. The accuser added that he belittled women and borrowed his friends’ cars for dates. When receiving a call from a fellow group member while on a date, the male idol would become angry and berate the caller. More seriously, the SM rookie was also accused of insulting Park Ji Hoon (Wanna One).

Seunghan’s full name is Hong Seunghan, born in 2003, and he was first introduced in 2022 through the SM Rookies project. In 2023, Seunghan was selected to debut in the new boy group RIIZE, alongside former NCT members Sungchan and Shotaro, as well as Anton – the son of renowned composer Yoon Sang, and three other members: Wonbin, Eunseok, and Sohee. Currently, SM Entertainment has not yet addressed these serious allegations.
