Girl’s Day member-actress Sojin (37, Park Sojin) and actor Lee Dong-ha (40) will hold a wedding ceremony on Nov 18th
According to Star News on Nov 8th, Sojin and Lee Dong-ha will hold a wedding ceremony in Seoul on Nov 18th. The wedding will be held private with only family members, relatives and close acquaintances. Fellow entertainers, including Girl’s Day members, will also attend the wedding to bless the couple. Multiple sources told Star News, “It’s known that it’ll be a small, quiet ceremony with only close acquaintances invited.“
Lee Dong-ha is 3 years older than Sojin. The two appeared together in the 2021 drama “The Grotesque Mansion”. Both of their respective agencies announced the marriage news on Oct 6th, with the announcement stating, “Sojin and Lee Dong-ha promised to become each other’s life partners.”
Sojin also personally shared the wedding news through her SNS, saying, “In the upcoming November. I promised to spend the rest of my life with Lee Dong-ha, the person I love the most on Earth.”
She expressed special affection for Lee Dong-ha, “This person has filled the empty spaces in my heart with love and become a resting place for me in my busy life. I really respect and love him, the person who made me realize that I’m also a precious person in this world.”
She added, “Above all, I will keep working hard as an actress to sincerely repay your love and support with better works and better acting. On the same day, Lee Dong-ha posted through his official fan cafe, “I have met someone I want to spend the rest of my life with and have decided to get married.“
He expressed his gratitude to those who have consistently supported him and provided him with strength, saying, “I am writing this post to inform you of the new beginning in my life and to convey my gratitude once again.”
Meanwhile, Sojin debuted with Girl’s Day in 2010 and left behind hit songs such as “Twinkle Twinkle”, “Hug Me Once”, “Expectation”, “Female President” and “Something”.
