G-Dragon bought luxury apartment, which recorded highest sale price in Korea in 2022, with his older sister

G-Dragon reportedly bought ONE·R Cheongdam, a luxury apartment which recorded the highest sale price in Korea last year.

According to Biz Korea on June 13th, G-Dragon bought a 244m2 apartment named ONE·R Cheongdam in early last year.

ONE·R Cheongdam is a super-luxury apartment built on the site of the old SM Entertainment studio in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul and is scheduled to be completed in 2025. There will be only 16 households from the 4th basement floor to the 20th ground floor, and only one household will live on each floor.

In particular, this apartment has a lift dedicated to supercars on each floor, allowing 2 cars to be parked in a house.

At the time of sale last year, the top floor “Super Penthouse” reached 35 billion won, drawing attention as the highest sale price in Korea.

G-Dragon’s new real estate is speculated to cost from 15 billion won to 18 billion won. In addition, the male idol, who owns Seongsu-dong Galleria Forêt (purchase for 3.03 billion won) and Nine One Hannam Penthouse (purchase for 16.4 billion won), proved his extraordinary wealth by purchasing a new super-luxury apartment without selling two houses.

G-Dragon’s older sister and designer Kwon Da Mi, who married actor Kim Min Joon in 2019, reportedly bought the same apartment. She bought an 274m2 duplex structure, which is wider than her younger brother’s, and the sale price is known to be about 15 billion won.

G-Dragon recently announced that he is preparing for a comeback by releasing photos of the recording studio.
