Former FIFTY FIFTY Members Won’t Receive Earnings Until They Fully Pay Compensation

The court has approved ATTRAKT's application for the temporary freeze of credit deposits against former FIFTY FIFTY members.

The court has approved ATTRAKT’s application for the temporary freeze of credit deposits against former FIFTY FIFTY members. 

On May 7th, ATTRAKT stated, “We have filed an application for the temporary freeze of credit deposits to secure part of the compensation for damages caused by The Givers’ illegal acts to the Seoul Court through legal representatives. On April 24th, the court approved this application.”

It is known that the purpose of the application for the temporary freeze of credit deposits is to ensure the right to claim compensation of 1 billion won  (approx 730,000 USD). This is part of the total compensation amount. The amount may increase in subsequent court sessions. 

As a result of the court’s decision, The Givers and 3 former members of FIFTY FIFTY may have all their earnings seized until they fully repay the compensation. 

It is also reported that ATTRAKT has filed a civil lawsuit seeking compensation of 13 billion won (approx 9.5 million USD) against 3 former members of FIFTY FIFTY and CEO Ahn Sung Il of The Givers.
