“For Kim Seon Ho’s play”, fans donate to support people struggling with Corona

Fans of actor Kim Seon Ho once again radiated good influence through their acts of donations.

On July 1st, Kim Seon Ho’s fancafe published a post that said: “Kim Seon Ho has been cast as Joe in the theatrical work “Touching the Void”, which was adapted from a book of the same name by British author Joe Simpson. We have made a donation as a form of support for him.”

In particular, the fancafe donated 3 million won to the Korean Theater Welfare Foundation to theater artists who suffered from the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. The gesture also expressed their passion for Kim Seon Ho’s latest work, and wished for the success of his play.

Previously in May, Kim Seon Ho’s fancafe also donated 10 million won to the Seoul Social Welfare Community Chest to assist sick children with their treatment expenses, on the occasion of Kim Seon Ho’s birthday.

Other than the upcoming theatrical work, Kim Seon Ho is also filming for the movie “Sad Tropical”, which depicts a boy, who has a Filipino mother and a Korean father, and his journey to Korea to find his father who abandoned them.
