In particular, the company wrote, “Recently, Aran experienced discomfort during dance practice for ‘The Beginning: Cupid’ album promotion and sought medical treatment and a thorough examination at a hospital. Although she received treatment during her activities, based on recent examination results, she has been advised by a specialist that surgery is necessary for a speedy recovery.”

Attrakt also explained, “We had lengthy discussions with Aran and her parents about her participation in ‘The Beginning: Cupid’ album promotion. She had a strong will to participate in the album promotion, as long as it didn’t jeopardize her health. However, in consideration of her long-term activities and after sufficient discussion, it was decided that she would undergo surgery, and she had surgery on the morning of the 2nd.”

The agency then added that the surgery was successful and Aran is currently recovering.
