Tang Wei Accepts Role in MV Because of Her Love for IU

On Feb 13th, the MV teaser video for the song “Shh..” from IU’s 6th mini-album “The Winning” was uploaded on IU’s official YouTube channel “IU Official”.

It’s none other than renowned Chinese actress Tang Wei. Tang Wei is popular in Korea as well, having won the “Best Actress” award at the 43rd Blue Dragon Film Awards and the “Best Actress – Film” award at the 59th Baeksang Arts Awards for her movie “Decision to Leave”.

In the video, Tang Wei briefly appears, leaning on the car’s steering wheel and gazing out the car window, raising expectations for what performance she will deliver in the full version of the music video.
