“Extraordinary Attorney Woo” maintained the top spot for 4 consecutive weeks… “It has no rivals among dramas”
“Extraordinary Attorney Woo” broke the drama record.
According to Good Data TV Topicality Drama Rankings in the 3rd week of July, which was released on July 26th, ENA’s Wednesday-Thursday drama “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” topped the list for 4 weeks in a row. It ranked first in all categories of news, VON (Voice of net), SNS and video, which are the four elements that make up topicality, for 3 consecutive weeks. In the cast topicality category, No.1~4 respectively belonged to Kang Tae-oh, Jin Kyung, Park Eun-bin and Joo Jong-hyuk.
The 166,480 points recorded by “Extraordinary Attorney Woo”, which is updating its own record for 3 consecutive weeks, is the highest score ever among dramas. It surpassed 140,418 points recorded by “Reply 1988” in just three weeks of its broadcast.
Good Data said, “‘Extraordinary Attorney Woo’ has no rivals among dramas. The point to watch is whether it will surpass ‘Mr. Trot’, which has the highest record in the non-drama category with 180,231 points.”
From 2nd to 7th place, there was no change compared to last week, in the order of tvN’s “Alchemy of Souls”, SBS’ “Why Her”, KBS 2TV’s “Gold Mask”, tvN’s “Eve”, KBS 2TV’s “Jinxed at First” and “Café Minamdang”. From 8th to 10th place, KBS 2TV’s “It’s Beautiful Now”, KBS 1TV’s “Bravo, My Life” and MBC’s “Doctor Lawyer” each rose one step compared to last week.
Good Data TV Topicality Drama Rankings, released by the Korean broadcasting content competitiveness analysis agency Good Data Corporation on July 26th, is the result of analyzing programs-related information on news articles, VON (blog/community), videos, SNS and netizens’ responses to them, targeting at 25 dramas that are airing or scheduled to air from July 18th to July 24th.
