Ex-EXO Tao had a family gathering with an “ex-SM trainee” singer, sparking another dating rumor

Singer Tao (Huang Zitao), a former member of boy group EXO, reportedly held a family meeting with his romantic partner.

On November 1st, local media outlets, including Sina Entertainment News, reported that Tao recently took singer Xu Yiyang to meet his mother.

In the photo released together with the articles, Tao poured soup for Xu Yiyang, laughed, and had pleasant conversations together. Tao and Xu Yiyang were also seen moving furniture home together after eating, causing dating rumors to arise once again.

Rumors of a romantic relationship between the two have already been raised once or twice. The first time was when Tao got caught spending his leisure time on the beach with Xu Yiyang in February. At that time, Tao refuted rumors, saying “All the artists in our company are like family members”. Later in April, Chinese media reported that the two departed for Hangzhou, China and stayed on the filming set together for two days.

Meanwhile, Tao made his debut as a member of EXO in 2012. He left the group in 2015 due to a conflict with SM Entertainment and is currently active in China.

Xu Yiyang used to be a trainee at SM Entertainment and was active as a member of SM Rookies in 2016. She signed an exclusive contract with L.TAO Entertainment established by Tao in 2018.
