ENHYPEN’s Heeseung Bothered by Obsessive Fans During Livestream

Obsessive fans are the bane of idols, and ENHYPEN’s Heeseung is the latest victim as he was constantly bothered during a livestream.

Recently, ENHYPEN’s Heeseung held a live stream on the fan communication platform Weverse in order to communicate with fans. However, Heeseung was constantly bothered as various phone calls from unknown numbers poured in, likely from obsessive fans who got their hands on the male idol’s personal phone number.

As the livestream was broadcasted from Heeseung’s phone, the calls disrupted the video quality, and Heeseung himself had to ask for people to stop calling.

However, despite his request, calls constantly streamed in.

Meanwhile, Heeseung is not the first K-pop idol to be bothered with phone calls from obsessive fans during livestreams. It is suspected that obsessive fans often called during these times in order to check if the phone numbers they got truly belong to the idols.

Obsessive fans (also known as “sasaeng fans”) are the bane of many K-pop idols, as they often commit serious privacy violations. In fact, alongside calling the idols’ personal phone numbers, there have been cases where these “fans” broke into and sent suspicious items to the idols’ house.

BTS’s Jungkook and V, NCT’s Haechan, and SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi are some among many that suffered from these obsessive behaviors.
