“Dong Eun’s five rivals” are not the only villains of “The Glory”, there’s also Jeon Jin Oh

Actor Jeon Jin Oh impressed viewers as a “villain catching villains” in Netflix’s original series “The Glory”.

“The Glory” is a Netflix series about a woman whose soul was broken by school violence during her childhood, as she carefully prepared her whole life for a revenge plan and the story of those who fall into the vortex. Part 2 ranked first in the TV show category worldwide 3 days after its release on March 10th, continuing Part 1’s success.

In the drama, Jeon Jin Oh appeared as the subordinate of police officer Shin Young Joon (Lee Hae Young), who helped Park Yeon Jin (Lim Ji Yeon)’s mother Hong Young Ae (Son Ji Na) both materially and spiritually. He added tension to the work with his scary appearance comparable to villains such as Park Yeon Jin (Lim Ji Yeon), Jeon Jae Joon (Park Sung Hoon), Lee Sa Ra (Kim Hieora), Choi Hye Jeong (Cha Joo Young) and Son Myeong Oh (Kim Gun Woo), who are called “Dong Eun’s five rivals”.

However, Jeon Jin Oh presented a different type of villain compared to “Dong Eun’s five rivals” with his cool eyes and expressions, emotionless voice, as well as money-driven attitude. In the second half, he surprised viewers by providing a twist.

Previously, Jeon Jin Oh drew attention by presenting witty acting in various works such as the dramas “The Forbidden Marriage” and “Reborn Rich”, as well as the movies “The Roundup” and “Apgujeong Report”. In addition, Jeon Jin Oh showed his presence by appearing as Kim Jung Ho, Ji Man (Kim Hee Won)’s subordinate detective in Netflix’s movie “Unlocked”, which was released in February. Here, he appeared as a righteous detective – a transformation from his normal villainous roles.
