Company clarifies pregnancy rumors after SE7EN and Lee Da Hae announces wedding through handwritten letter
Singer SE7EN (real name Choi Dong Wook) has announced that he will marry actress Lee Da Hae in May of this year.
On March 20th, SE7EN posted a photo of his handwritten letter on Instagram, which reads “I am celebrating my 20th debut anniversary in 2023. I think it would have been impossible without the constant love and support from my fans,” adding, “I am very grateful and thankful.”
“Today, I have some joyful news that I want to share with you all first,” the singer also wrote, adding, “My girlfriend Lee Da Hae, who has been with me through thick and thin for the past 8 years and always embraced my shortcomings with love, I have promised to marry her on May 6.”
Then, he said, “I will live with responsibility and maturity as the head of a family and a husband. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to all of you who always support me, and I will visit you with a better image.”
Seeing SE7EN’s heartfelt letter, fans conveyed their wishes for happiness and blessings for his upcoming wedding.
Previously on the same day, after SE7EN and Lee Da Hae’s announcement of marriage, rumors surrounding Lee Da Hae’s alleged pregnancy started to surface.
However, on the afternoon of the same day, the two’s agency clarified with media outlet Ilgan Sports, saying, “Regarding rumors claiming that Lee Da Hae and SE7EN are getting married due to Lee Da Hae’s pregnancy, we would like to affirm that they are completely untrue. The couple will hold a private wedding with only their families and close acquaintances.”
