“Peace of mind gets me through the wild nights”… CL expressed her calm attitude after the unexpected situation on a recent stage

Singer CL revealed her feelings after safely completing the performance that was disrupted by an audience.

On September 30th, CL posted several photos on her SNS account along with the short caption “Peace of mind gets me through the wild nights”. The released pictures show the moments of CL performing on the stage of Chung Ang University’s Seoul Campus Festival on September 29th.

During CL’s performance of the song “Doctor Pepper”, a male audience suddenly came up on the stage. He reportedly approached CL and attempted to hug her without hesitation.

Fortunately, CL was able to avoid the crisis by handing a mic to that man, showing her quick and professional response. When coming down the stage, the male audience said, “Sorry for interrupting your performance. I love you”.

The situation caused fans to worry about CL’s safety. However, CL immediately showed her calm attitude through the SNS post to reassure fans. 

CL is a singer who debuted as a member of girl group 2NE1 in 2009. She has been working as a solo artist since the group disbanded.
