Former LOONA member Chuu will continue her activities at BY4M Studio.
As reported by E-Daily on November 28th, Chuu has signed with a new agency, BY4M Studio, and is receiving support for her activities. BY4M Studio plans to officially announce their recruitment of Chuu and the direction of her future activities sooner or later.
In December 2017, Chuu debuted in the music industry by releasing her solo song through the LOONA Debut Project. The following year, she officially started her activities as a member of LOONA, and steadily developed solo activities to gain more public recognition.
According to music industry insiders, Chuu left her former agency, Blockberry Creative, at the end of last year and started preparing for a new beginning. Earlier this year, she also created a corporate business named Chu Co., Ltd.
BY4M Studio has been actively engaged in digital marketing based on SNS, and is gradually expanding its business into the entertainment field. It also acquired Major Nine, which manages singers such as Vibe, Ben, and 4MEN. Interest in whether Chuu can carry out her activities as before with the support of BY4M Studio is growing.
Meanwhile, Blockberry Creative announced on November 25th that they had decided to removed Chuu from LOONA. Blockberry Creative stated, “There were reports of Chuu abusing her power and using violent language towards our staff.” After the announcement of her departure from the agency, Chuu has not yet made a statement while fans have been arguing non-stop.
