Choi Woo-shik and Kim Da-mi’s “Our Beloved Summer” receives the Seoul Business Agency Award [Seoul Drama Awards]
SBS “Our Beloved Summer” won the Seoul Business Agency Award.
The “Seoul Drama Awards 2022” was held at KBS Hall in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of Sep 22nd. Actor Joo Sang-wook and actress/singer Jung Eun-ji from APink were the hosts.
On this day, the honor of the Seoul Business Agency Award went to “Our Beloved Summer”. “Our Beloved Summer” is a story of young people living in this era, and it was loved as a work that stands out for its unique sensibility and story, which reminds us of the memories of our first love, and outstanding visual beauty.
Director Kim Yoon-jin, who directed the drama, said, “Thank you very much. I think that ‘Our Beloved Summer’ was born thanks to all the staff who ran together day and night from the hottest day to the coldest day. With this opportunity, I would like to say thank you to them again,” he said.
He continued, “I would like to express my gratitude to Choi Woo-shik and Kim Da-mi, who made it impossible for the audience to imagine a Kook Yeon-soo and Choi Woong that are not them.”
PD Kim Yoon-jin said, “I am very grateful to writer Lee Na-eun and producer Han Hye-yeon for writing the most universal moments and such a brilliant season, and also to the production company who protected this work until the end.
