Cha Eun Woo arrives in Korea this afternoon, JinJin and Sanha guard the mortuary, MJ takes emergency leave
After Moonbin’s sudden passing, ASTRO members Cha Eun Woo, JinJin, Sanha, and MJ were extremely shocked.
On April 20th (Korean time), Korean media outlets reported that ASTRO member Moonbin was found dead at his home at 8:10 PM on April 19th. The police are investigating the exact cause of death, suspecting that Moonbin made an extreme choice.
Following Moonbin’s sudden passing, members of ASTRO were shocked, and JinJin and Sanha are known to be guarding the mortuary alongside the bereaved family.
On the other hand, MJ, who is serving in the military, took an emergency leave in the morning to pay his respect to his fellow member.
Cha Eun Woo, who has been staying in the United States, will depart from Los Angeles and is expected to arrive in South Korea at 5:50 PM on the same day.
Meanwhile, ASTRO’s agency, Fantagio, said on the same day that ASTRO members, fellow Fantagio artists, and employees who have been together for a long time are deeply mourning Moonbin. The company also asks people to refrain from speculations and malicious reports, so that the bereaved can say their farewell in peace.
Moonbin’s mortuary was set up at the funeral hall of Asan Hospital in Seoul. The funeral will be held as quietly as possible on April 22nd.
