BTS Jungkook is making waves in the music scene once again with his solo album
Jungkook has unveiled the track poster for his upcoming solo album, ‘GOLDEN,’ featuring the title track, ‘Standing Next to You.’
On October 17th, Jungkook shared a glimpse of what’s in store for his fans. The track poster shows Jungkook under the spotlight, gazing into the distance. The title, ‘Standing Next to You,’ takes center stage, designed in a style reminiscent of a movie poster.
‘Standing Next to You’ is a groovy retro funk number, showcasing Jungkook’s vocals. For this song, Jungkook reunited with Andrew Watt and Cirkut, the producers behind Jungkook’s ‘Seven (Feat. Latto)’ released back in July.
Having effortlessly channeled the early 2000s two-step genre in his solo single ‘Seven’ and ventured into the realm of 2000s mid-hip-hop and dance for ‘3D (feat. Jack Harlow),’ Jungkook has solidified his position as a soloist with a unique style.
With ‘GOLDEN,’ set to drop worldwide on November 3rd, Jungkook draws inspiration from his ‘golden moments’ to create this album. His personal touch is evident, having handpicked all the songs and singing all 11 tracks in English.
From the 21st to the 30th of November, Jungkook will release ‘GOLDEN THE TRACKS.’ Additionally, on October 31st, a highlight medley, ‘GOLDEN’ preview, will provide a sneak peek at the album’s tracks. And on November 2nd, get ready for the release of the MV teaser video for the title track.
